"I have been their regular customer past couple of years but this time I am highly disappointed the work done by them firstly he misplaced pocket square from my Andrew James blazer secondly they destroyed my Puma suede shoe completely like shoe lace is cut from tip and all the leather part us peeled off from the shoe and scrubbing marks are all over on the shoe… no one can wear it outside home this is highly pathetic work done by them.. They are saying I have given him shoe like this and blazer also without pocket squar and they have pictures of the same at the time of pickup which was taken by them and I am asking them to share it so they can prove it but they are not sharing it with me because they know they did wrong work and are lying now .. after ruining both the item of worth ₹28000 they are doing a charity of not taking 350 ₹ for cleaning the shoes which they have completely destroyed.. I submitted two specific items: a hoodie and a jacket. Following their cleaning, the results were catastrophic. The hoodie’s color has faded significantly and unevenly, rendering it unwearable. Furthermore, a zip holder/pull on my jacket is now missing, indicating a serious lack of care during processing. When I contacted the service regarding the damage, they acknowledged the issues and promised to reprocess the items and arrange a pickup to rectify the situation. This was an empty gesture. They failed to show up for the scheduled pickup and were completely unresponsive to follow-up inquiries. This refusal to honor their commitment confirms their lack of accountability and professional integrity. The damage is clearly irreparable, and their refusal to correct their mistake is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I find it difficult to trust the overwhelmingly positive reviews this establishment receives. I would caution future customers that these reviews appear highly suspect, possibly being paid endorsements or from associated parties. Save yourself the frustration and the cost of replacing ruined clothing; this service cannot be trusted."
